摘　　要：目的:观察自体干细胞移植治疗缺血性糖尿病足的临床疗效及部分影响因素。方法:我院自2004年7月起应用自体干细胞移植治疗缺血性糖尿病足17例,患者移植前均予内科常规治疗2～6个月以上,临床症状体征无改善,动员、分离外周血干细胞或骨穿、分离骨髓干细胞,将干细胞悬液按3cm×3cm距离进行缺血肢体移植术。结果:移植后1周内及2个月后其皮温、间隙性跛行、下肢毛细血管密度、疼痛、溃疡均有明显改善,未出现移植相关并发症及不良反应,平均费用约2万元人民币。结论:自体干细胞移植术是治疗缺血性糖尿病足的一种有效、安全、简单、价廉的方法之一。Objective： To observe the clinical effect and correlated factors of autologous stem cells transplantation for the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot. Methods： Seventeen patients with severe ischemic diabetic foot were treated with autologous transplantation of stem cells from July, 2004. They were treated with routine medical therapy for above 2 to 6 months before transplantation but without significant improvement in symptoms and physical signs. After peripheral blood stem cell or bone marrow blood was centrifugated and purified, stem cells were injected into the skeletal muscle of the ischemic leg with the space being 3 cm×3 cm. Results： Skin temperature, intermittent claudication, capillary density of low limb, pain and ulcer have been improved significantly within 1 week and 2 months after transplantation. No related complication or adverse effect were observed during the observation and average fee was about RMB 20 thousand yuan. Conclusion： Transplantation of autologous stem cells may be a simple, inexpensive, safe and effective method for ischemic diabetic foot.
