摘　　要：目的探讨尾加压素(UⅡ)在冠心病患者血浆中水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用放射免疫法测定60例冠心病患者及30例健康体检者血浆UⅡ的水平。结果冠心病患者静脉血浆UⅡ水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01);冠心病患者中冠脉有闭塞者UⅡ水平与局限狭窄者基本相同;经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)及支架植入术后,出现再狭窄者UⅡ水平明显高于其他患者(P<0.01);PTCA治疗后股动脉血浆UⅡ含量较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论UⅡ可能参与了冠心病发病,并可能在PTCA后支架内再狭窄中起作用。Objeclive To investigate the changes of plasma urotensin Ⅱ （U Ⅱ）levels in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Plasma U Ⅱ were determined by radio immunoassay in 60 coronary heart disease patients with coronary stenosis approved by coronary angiography,and 30 healthy controls. Results Venous plasma U Ⅱ levels were significantly lowered in coronary heart disease patients in comparison with the healthy subjects（P〈0.01 ）.Coronary heart disease patients with coronary artery occlusion and those with coronary stenosis had comparable venous plasma U Ⅱ levels,whereas the patients with restenosis after pereutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty （PTCA）had higher U Ⅱ levels than the other subjects in thecoronary heart disease patients group （P〈0.01）.And the femoral plasma U Ⅱ levels were significantly elevated after PTCA （P〈0.05）. Conclusions U Ⅱ might play a role in the pathophysilological process of coronary heart disease and is likely involved in the restenosis after angioplasty.
