摘　　要：目的掌握河南省开封县鼠类分布特征,了解鼠类自然感染肾综合征出血热病毒(EHFV)现状,为控制人类出血热疫情提供依据。方法用布夹法开展鼠密度调查,用直接免疫荧光技术进行鼠肺带毒检查。结果共有效布放鼠夹3451夹次,捕获鼠886只,鼠密度为25.67%。带毒50只,鼠类带毒率为5.64%。捕获鼠种有大家鼠、小家鼠、黑线姬鼠、大仓鼠和小仓鼠。结论证实河南省开封县存在肾综合征出血热病毒的自然循环,应采取有效措施控制流行性出血热疫情。[ Objective] To gasp the distribution features of rodents and natural infection of EHFV in Kaifeng and provide evidence for the control of the epidemic situation of human EHFV. [ Methods] Mousetraps were distributed for the investigation; direct immune fluorescence was applied to detect the virus carriage in rats. [ Results] 3451 mousetraps were distributed and 886 rats were caught, the rats density was 25.67% ; 50 caught rats carried EHFV virus （5.64%） ; [Conclusion] It has been proved that there exists a natural cycle of EHFV virus in Kaifeng County; effective measures should be taken to control the epidemic situation of EHFV.
