摘　　要：网络的高速发展使网络系统的规模越来越大，复杂性越来越高。网络技术日新月异。这对网络管理提出了更高的要求。网络管理专家系统被证明能够比较好的解决网络管理领域中的一些问题，如系统的动态性，协作管理等。本文分析了网络管理专家系统的特性，提出了开发网管专家系统时应注意的一些问题。最后提出了一个网络管理专家系统的结构。The networks system are becoming more large and more complex. This makes network management more difficult. The using of expert system in network management field is proved to be helpful for some network management problems. In this thesis, we analysis some key characteristics of network system expert system and put forward some advises about how to develop a NM expert system. At last, we give an architecture and analysis of an NM expert system.
