摘　　要：根据市场需求和FDY产品的价格情况,提出了FDY双头纺改造的必要性。后经设备改造、工艺选择和优化,成功地完成了FDY生产线双头纺的改造,实现了长丝装置的产品结构调整,为企业创造了经济效益。According to the market demand and price situation of FDY products, the existing single-end FDY system was innovated to double-ends FDY spinning with optimization of process. The innovation resulted in energy saving, production cost lowing and economic benefits elevating.
