摘  要:目的探讨局部接振家兔血管内皮细胞bcl-2、bax基因表达变化及其意义。方法家兔随机分为低剂量接振组[接振强度ahw(4)3.03m/s2]、高剂量接振组[接振强度ahw(4)12.30m/s2]和对照组。2个接振组接振时间为45d,接振后沿后肢股血管分支取相同部位肌肉作病理切片,免疫组化染色,于光镜下观察所取组织的病理变化及凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax的表达情况。结果接振组血管内皮细胞破坏性变化,中膜平滑肌增生,管腔内微血栓形成;接振组血管内皮凋亡抑制基因bcl-2表达高于对照组,bax基因表达较对照组明显升高且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),bcl-2/bax比值较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论局部振动可导致家兔血管内皮细胞凋亡,2者的变化可能与手臂振动病的发病有一定关系。Objective To study the bcl-2 and box expression in rabbit exposured to local vibration and its significance. Methods 18 rabbits were divided into three groups at random. Two groups were tested by different vibration power and one was normal control group. SABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of box and bcl- 2. Results Light microscopy showed irregular proliferation in the tunica intima and tunica media, especially in the former;spored smooth muscle cells, proliferation of febrous connective tissue, and degeneration of partial tissues and infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed in the vibration group. Bar expression was significantly higher than that in the normal controls( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ), bcl-2/box ratio of the cells in the vibration group was significantly lower than that in the controls. Conclusion Segmental vibration may cause the endothelial cell apoptosis;and there may be some relationship between the mechanism of hand arm vibration disease and endothelial cell apoptcosis.
