摘  要:在0.01mol/LH2SO4溶液中,痕量镍对高碘酸钾氧化胭脂红的褪色反应有较强的阻抑作用,阻抑的程度与加入镍的浓度呈线性关系,由此建立了测定镍的光度分析新方法。考察了反应的影响因素,研究了最佳测定条件及动力学参数。结果表明,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为510nm,线性范围为0.4~32μg/L,检出限为4.1×10-8g/L。方法已用于合金中镍的测定,相对标准偏差为0.5%~1.0%,加标回收率在95.2%~99.6%之间。Based on the discoloration reaction between KIO4 and carmine in 0.01 mol/L H2SO4 solution, a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nickel has been studied. In the solution of H2 SO4, trace Ni([D inhibits strongly the decolorization reaction and its inhibition extent was linear with the contents of Ni(ID in a certain range. The optimum conditions,kinetic parameters and reaction mechanism of this reaction are studied. The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength is at 510 nm, the detection limit is 4.1 × 10^-8 g/L for Ni(Ⅱ) and the linear range is 0.4--32 μg/ L. The method has been applied to determine trace amounts of nickel in alloys with relative standard deviations of 0. 5%-1.0% and recoveries of adding standard of 95.2%--99.6%.
