摘 要:研究了铜-镍-砷高合金渣的分解方法,采用等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定渣中高含量铜、镍、砷。结果表明,用盐酸和过氧化氢能完全溶解该合金渣试样。分别选择324.754nm,221.647nm和228.812nm作为分析线,能有效地消除光谱背景的干扰,而且谱线间没有干扰,渣中其他共存元素对3元素的测定也没干扰;直接采用标准溶液建立工作曲线,不需要基本匹配,也不需要进行干扰校正,且线性关系好,相关系数分别为:rCu=0.9999,rNi=0.9997,rAs=0.9998。方法已用于测定铜-镍-砷高合金渣中铜、镍、砷,测定结果与化学法测定结果基本一致。The decomposition procedure for copper-nickel-arsenic high alloy slag and the determination of Cu,Ni and As in the slag by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) were developed. The results showed that the alloy slag samples could be completely dissolved in the mixture of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The spectral lines of 324. 754 nm, 221. 647 nm and 228. 812 nm for Cu,Ni and As were selected as the analytical lines,which were not only able to eliminate interferences of the spectrum background, but also there were no interferences each other. Other coexistence elements in the slag did not interfere in the determination of three elements. The calibration curves could be directly estabished using the mixed standard solutions without the matrix matching and the interfering element correction. A good linear relationship was found,with the correlation coefficients of 0. 999 9 for Cu,0. 999 7 for Ni and 0. 999 8 for As respectively. The method has been used for the determination of Cu, Ni and As in the copper-nickel-arsenic high alloy slag and the determination results were in agreement with those obtained by the chemical analysis methods.
