摘　　要：分析了目前数字技术条件下海图编辑设计工作所处的困境和应解决的具体问题,依此为基础提出了海图计算软件的系统组成和功能模块构成,实现并完成了系统功能设计。Under the current digital technique conditions, the difficulty and the concrete problems of chart editing design are discussed in this paper. On the basis of this point, the system and function module composing of the marine atlas calculation software are put forward. Moreover, the system function design is realized.
