摘 要:目的探讨脉冲多普勒超声心动图技术估测中心动脉压的应用价值。方法采用脉冲多普勒超声心动图探测35例行心导管术的患者术前主动脉瓣瓣上血流,测量加速时间(AcT)、左室射血时间(LVET)、左室射血前期(PEP),将测得的数据与心导管测得的相应数值,收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)、平均动脉压(MBP)作相关分析。结果AcT/LVET与MBP呈正相关(P<0.01),AcT/PEP与MBP呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论脉冲多普勒超声心动图技术在无创估测中心动脉压上有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of pulse Doppler echoeardiography in estimation of central aortic pressure. Methods Thirty - five patients were studied. Upper aortic valve flow of patients were measured by pulse wave Doppler imaging. Accelerate time(AcT) ,left ventrieular ejection time(LVET),left ventrieular ejection prophase(PEP) were estimated. The correlation between the numerical values and catheter-measured CAP was studied. Results There was a good relation between Doppler and catheter. AcT/ LVET had a positive correlation with MBP. AcT/PEP had a negative correlation with MBP. Conclusion Ptdse Doppler echocardiography is a noninvasive and valuable method for estimating CAP.
