摘 要:研究电流密度、温度、浓度和表面活性剂对电沉积微纳米晶铁电沉积过程的影响,SEM和XRD测试结果表明:于小电流密度、低温和高浓度下电流积,可得到片状α-Fe,而在大电流密度、高温和低浓度下电沉积则得到枝晶-αFe,表面活性剂对产物的形貌和组成没有影响.并讨论电沉积过程中产物的形成机制.Effects of current density, reaction temperature, electrolyte concentration and surfactant on the electrochemical deposition of micro-nanocrystalline iron were studied. Morphologies and structures of the samples were characterized by SEM and XRD, the results showed that the electrodeposits is slice α-Fe under little current and the density, lower temperature and higher concentration, and the dentritic α-Fe is under opposite conditions, but the influence from surfactant is unconsicously. Moreover, the growth mechanism of the electrodeposits was also analysed here.
