托恩贝宁治疗儿童上呼吸道感染42例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察托恩贝宁在临床上用于治疗上呼吸道感染患儿的鼻塞、流涕、打喷嚏、咳嗽的疗效及安全性。方法84例1～14岁患上呼吸道感染的儿童,随机分为治疗组(托恩贝宁)和对照组(小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒)。观察两组疗效及对改善鼻塞、流涕、打喷嚏、咳嗽的效果。结果治疗组改善鼻塞、流涕、打喷嚏、咳嗽的效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论托恩贝宁对于改善上呼吸道感染患儿的鼻塞、流涕、打喷嚏、咳嗽症状疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness and safety of Tuoen Beining in curing patients children down with infection of the upper Respiratory of stuffed nose, runny nose, sneezing, cold. Methods First select 84 children ranging from 1 to 14 in age and then divide them into two groups：the group of treatment （by Tuoen Beining） and the group of comparison （by children An Fen Huang Namin Keli） at random. Observe the effectiveness of each group in curing stuffed nose, runny nose, sneezing and cold. Results The overall level of effectiveness of both groups （ P 〈0.01 ） ; The effectiveness of Coup of treatment is better than Group of comparison（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Tuoen Beining has a very tangible effect on curing the patients children down with iafecion of the upper respinaory of stuffed nose, runny nose, sneezing and cold.
