摘　　要：根据仿形法及无瞬心包络原理,导出一套设计成形定装蜗形滚刀齿形公式,运用计算机辅助设计可方便地设计出成形定装蜗形滚刀。实际应用表明,该方法成功地解决了加工1∶16锥三角花键的难题,效率高,质量好,成本低,效果理想;且有很强的通用性,具有很高的使用价值和推广价值。A formula to design the profile of forming fix install snail hob was deduced based on the profile modeling method and non-Instantaneous-pole Envelope principle,and then it's convenient to design the hob with CAD. The practical application indicates this method can succeed to settle the arduous questions of processing 1:16 taper triangular splines with high efficiency,high quality,lower cost,ideal result and best universality. It has high use and popularization value.
