摘　　要：本文结合社区卫生服务管理信息系统的开发和应用,探讨了社区卫生服务管理信息系统的组成、功能,阐明了信息系统建立的步骤,建议加强组织管理、技术管理、人才管理和设备管理,确保社区卫生服务管理信息系统的建立和良性运转。Basing on the development and application of the community health service managerial information system, the author discussed the constitution and the function of the managerial information system, clarified the establishing step of the information system, And suggested that the work in organization management, technology management, talents management and equipments management should be enhanced so as to insure the establishment and positive operations of the system,
