摘　　要：介绍了以圆环面方程作为车门玻璃设计方法的数学理论基础,阐述了基于圆环面的车门玻璃曲面设计及玻璃导轨设计的方法和设计流程,以及运动过程中的运动校核,为车门玻璃设计这一难点提供了新思路,可供车身设计工程师参考。It introduces the theoretical ground of torus equation for door window ＆ window guide design. This paper introduces door window ＆ window guide design method ＆ process based on torus and the kinematical analysis method during design. This new way of door window design can be reference for vehicle body designers.
