摘　　要：结合当前SPC技术的发展趋势,研究了控制图的异常模式及其判断方法,构建了质量诊断专家知识系统,阐述了统计质量诊断的应用流程,并对其中涉及的控制图异常类型识别、专家系统知识表示和推理机等关键技术进行了分析。Combining with the current development trend of SPC technique, the deviant model and judgment method of control chart was researched, and the expert knowledge system of quality problem was built. Based on above, the application process of Statistical Process Diagnosis （SPD）was described, and the involved Control chart pattern recognition, knowledge expression and inference engine technologies were analyzed.
