微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张158例临床体会

摘　　要：目的总结微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床体会。方法我院采用微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张158例,均经下肢静脉造影或下肢静脉彩超证实深静脉瓣膜功能<Ⅲ级,采用自制电凝导管和套管电凝针电凝闭合曲张静脉,术后采用弹力绷带包扎,静脉滴注活血化淤药物。结果156条肢体术后随访仅2例有局部复发。结论微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张具有简便易行、创伤小的特点,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To value the clinical effects of varicosity of lower limbs treated by electrocoagulation. Methods 158 cases were selected by lower limb venography and CDFI, electrocoagulation canula inserted into the great saphenous vein from ovum or above ankle. The branches of great sapyenous vein wewe severed and electrocoagulated by canula respectively, Re- suits 156 cases were all cured and 2 cases relapse part within 2 ~ 12months. Conclusion This easy and reasonable minimally invasive operative technique is worth recommending.
