曲美他嗪对老年冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察曲美他嗪对老年冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将60例老年冠心病患者随机分为A、B2组。2组基本用药相同,B组另给曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d,疗程8周。观察2组患者治疗前后血糖、胰岛素水平及胰岛素敏感指数的变化。结果B组与A组比较,治疗后空腹血胰岛素和服糖后2h血胰岛素降低(P<0.01),胰岛素敏感指数增大(P<0.01)。结论曲美他嗪对老年冠心病伴胰岛素抵抗有一定的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of trimetazidine on insulin resistance in elderly patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Sixty CHD patients were randomly divided into groups A and B receiving the same basic therapy, and the patients in group B were given additional trimetazidine 20 mg and 3 times daily for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the changes of blood glucose, insulin levels and insulin sensitivity index were evaluated. Results The patients in group B showed better outcome than those in group A. After 8 weeks＇ trimetazidine therapy, the level of fasting insulin and the level of insulin 2 h after oral glucose were decreased（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the insulin sensitivity index was improved（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Trimetazidine may produce obvious therapeutic effect on insulin resistance in elderly CHD patients.
