摘 要:针对本课题所设计的斜流式水轮机转轮叶片进行受力分析并计算其合成力的的大小,应用UG建立了其叶片的实体模型,将其导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,进行应力和变形分析,根据分析结果进行强度校核,结果证明该斜流式水轮机叶片满足材料的强度要求,最后提出了减小应力集中的改进意见,并为今后的设计提供科学依据。The force analysis was made for the runner's blade of inclined flow turbine and its resultant of forces was calculated. Then using UG to establish the concrete model of blade and using ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze its stresses and deformation. The strength check was made on the basis of these anal3,sis results. The results showed that the blade of such inclined flow turbine could meet the strength requirements of material Finally this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions for decreasing stress centralization, which can provide some scientific basis for the future design.
