摘　　要：法国罗纳——阿尔卑斯大区是欧洲"四个发动机"之一,已发展成为具有世界级竞争力的大区。在分析大区国际化发展程度的基础上,重点探讨了科研和教育对大区竞争力提升的核心功能,深入剖析了大区最具竞争力的八大产业集群及对区域竞争力提升的驱动作用,突出了大区为培育竞争性企业而构建的两大孵化器及其成效,梳理出大区为提升区域竞争力而编织的完善配套服务网络。Rhone-Alps is one of the four engines in Europe, which has developed into a world-class competitive region.
