垂直分型二级推件多型腔压模设计

摘  要:塑件外侧两端各有突缘,且内嵌内螺纹嵌件,造成侧凹脱模和嵌件置入困难。分析了塑件的工艺性,给出了新型的压模结构,设计了模具结构并概述了其工作过程。该模具一模4腔,半溢式闭合,上下模固定在通用模架上,利用瓣合模模外分型和二级推件机构有效地解决了外侧凹脱模和嵌件安放问题。模具设计合理,结构紧凑,操作方便,塑件质量好,满足了生产要求。A compression moulded part, which has nut inserts and flanges at both ends, is difficult to demould and set in the inserts. Based on the analysis of technological process and the requirements of the application of the moulded part, a new type of compression mould has realized with the features such as four-cavity in one mould, both half-mould fixed in upper and lower mould platen, semi-flash mould, conical split cavity block, and demoulding at the outside of the mould. It has proved that such a mould construction has solved the problems of demoulding and inserts setting by use of split cavity block and two sets of ejector pins. The mould is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient in operation. The quality of the plastic parts is good, which satisfied the need of the production.
