摘　　要：[目的] 观察红花醇湿敷预防经外周中心静脉置管（PICC）机械性静脉炎的效果。[方法] 将110例行PICC的神经内科病人随机分成实验组56例和对照组54例，实验组给予红花醇湿敷，每天1次，每次30min，连续5d，对照组按常规方法进行护理，对两组机械性静脉炎的发生率进行比较。[结果]实验组机械性静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组。[结论] 红花醇湿敷能有效预防PIOC所致的机械性静脉炎。Objective： To observe the effect of safflower alcohol wet compress for patients to prevent PICC induced mechanical phlebitis. Methods： A total of 110 cases of neurological department were randomly divided into test group （56 cases） and control group （54 eases）. Patients of the test group were given safflower alcohol wet compress for 30 min once a day for five days. However, routine nursing was provided for control group patients. Then the incidence of mechanical phlebitis of all eases was compared. Results： The incidence of mechanical phlebitis in the test group was much lower than that in control group cases. Conclusion： Safflower alcohol wet compress for neurological department patients can prevent PICC induced mechanical phlebitis effectively.
