摘　　要：目的探讨发生艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业暴露的有关因素及结果。方法以发生职业暴露后填写的"艾滋病职业暴露个案登记表"及其后的5次血清学检测结果为依据,进行描述流行病学分析。结果发生HIV职业暴露的2名民警,经过一年的跟踪检测,最后确认未被感染,即HIV抗体阴性。结论发生HIV职业暴露后,虽然感染的概率较低,但切不可为此而掉以轻心。OBJECTIVE Discuss the related factors and results of HIV occupational exposure. METHOD Do descriptive Epidemiological analysis on the basis of the individual cases registration forms of HIV occupational exposure that is filled after the exposure occurred and the five serological detection results afterwards. RESULT Trace and detect two policemen that happened HIV occupational exposure and finally confirm them not to be infected, namely their antibody shows to be negative. CONCLUSION Though the infection probability is low after HIV occupational exposure occurred, we can＇ t take it lightly for that.
