超声引导下对绝经后节育器困难取器疗效观察

摘　　要：目的应用超声引导对绝经后节育器(IUD)困难取器疗效进行观察。方法膀胱适度充盈,对36例置节育器妇女超声监测,观察节育器与子宫形态超声表现。结果36例节育器异常表现有IUD低置、宫内成角、断裂、嵌顿于子宫肌层内、绝经后子宫及阴道萎缩等,在超声引导下IUD困难取器后,再次取环成功率100%。结论超声引导定位准确,方法简便,可作为取器困难者首选的取环方法。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of ultrasound guidance in patients of failure in removal of IUD after menopause. Methods With bladder filling properly, ultrasound was used to detect IUD and uterus in 36 cases of failure in removal of lUD. Results Abnormal features of IUD in 36 IUD were IUD in lower positon, being angled in the uterine cavity, broken, inlaying in the uterine body, shrinking of the uterus and vagina. After failure in removal of IUD in usual way, the sueeesstill rate of removed IUD under ultrasound guidance was 100%. Conclusion Under the guidance of ultrasound, removal of IUD is safe , and easy, and shouhl be the first-line way in patients of failure in removal of IUD after menopause.
