奥里油锅炉注氨系统设计浅析

摘　　要：湛江奥里油发电厂2×600 MW机组是目前中国单机容量最大的国产燃奥里油机组,燃用委内瑞拉出品的400号奥里乳化油(简称奥里油)。由于奥里油高水份(30%)、高硫份(2.85%)的特点,在空预器后的排烟中含硫酸蒸汽量大、浓度高,为了减轻对电除尘器的低温腐蚀、延长其使用寿命,专门设计了国内唯一的锅炉尾部注氨系统。本文对该系统的设计要点和应用控制进行分析探讨。Zhanjiang Orimulsion Power Station consists of two units of 600MW capacity. It is a biggest and domestic Orimul- sion -＇fired of single machine capacity of Chinese oll ger.eratlng set, using the Venezuela product of NO. 400 emulsified oil（ Brief name Orimulslon）. Because of high water（ 30% ） and sulphur（ 2.85% ） of oil characteristics, after Air - preheater inside containing the sulfuric acid steam have great capacitying,thlck degree highly. For the sake of alleviating low temperature corrosion to the electrostatic precipitator and prolonging its service life, it exclusively designed the local and unique department of boiler tail to injecting ammonia system. The design features and application control of the system was discussed in this paper.
