Analysis and Mechanistic Model for Sensitive Parameters in Stratified Acidization in Relation to Production Well Stimulation Results

摘  要:依据实验数据分析酸岩反应溶蚀率、渗透率、酸化半径、层位和层数的改变对分层酸化增产效果的影响,量化了分层酸化施工参数与增产的关系;根据单向渗流理论讨论了分层酸化增产机理模型。酸岩反应溶蚀率从5%开始以5%间隔递增,岩心渗透率的增加速率以50%量逐级递减,当岩心溶蚀率由25%增至30%时,渗透率仅提高5.4%,溶蚀率继续增加时,岩心渗透率增加幅度越来越小;酸化半径为1.0 m时渗透率提高208%,酸化半径由1.0 m增加到1.5 m时渗透率再增加26.4%,酸化半径由2.0 m增加到2.5 m时渗透率相应增加8.0%,考虑酸化的二次污染,酸化半径存在最佳范围;岩心原始渗透率分别为0.3,0.7,1.5和2.0μm2时,酸处理后的渗透率分别是原来的2.39倍,1.94倍,1.80倍和1.63倍,在理论上低渗层酸化增效更为明显;产量相同、产层数分别为1、2、3、4层的油井,在相同参数条件下酸化后,产量增加倍数分别为2.24、3.49、4.74、5.99,单层平均增加倍数分别为2.24、1.74、1.58、1.50,层数增多时合层酸化效果趋于降低。图3表5参6。The influences of percentage acid etching(PAE) of reservoir cores, their permeability, K, acid treating radius, Rf, and numbeof strata being treated on stimulation results of an acid treatment in a production well are analysed on the basis of processed experimental data. When the PAE value is increases starting from 5 % with an interval of 5 %, the increasing rate of K value decreases stepwise by a decrement of 50% of the former values; the K value is increased only by 5.4% when PAE increased from 25% to 30% and the increment becomes less and less with further increasing PAE; the K value of cores is increased by 208% at Rf= 1.0 m and by 26.4% and by 8.0% additionally when Rf increases from 1.0 to 1.5 m and from 2.0 to 2.5 m, respectively, the optimal Rf value range is to be chce, en with the secondary precipitates taken into consideration; the K value of acid treated cores is 2.39, 1.94, 1.80, and 1.63 times as high as their original K value when the later is of 0.3,0.7,1.5, and 2.0μm^2, respectively, and theoretically the efficiency of reservoir stimulation by the way of acidizing is more significant in strata of lower K ; for a stratum of equal oil output with different number of substrata up to 4 and acidized with the same parameters, the output is increased to 2.24,3.49,4.74, and 5.99 times of original value but to 2.24,1.74,1.58, and 1.50 times of initial value as calculated on the basis of single substratum and the well stimulation results by acidizing without zone separation become less effective with increasing number of substrata being acidized.
