摘  要:玉门青西油田原油集输系统管网结垢严重。集输系统三相分离器出口脱出污水CaCO3结垢量预测值常温时为140~160 mg/L,100℃时高达300 mg/L。在集输系统的三相分离器前、净化原油储罐前后管道上安装了3台Scalefighter-PDPT型电子除防垢器,运行10余天后,三相分离器出口污水样中Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+(+Sr2+)浓度略有增大,HCO3-和SO42-浓度显著增大,CO32-浓度略有减小。这一结果说明电子除防垢器处理后的油田产出污水溶解成垢无机物的能力增大,有一部分碳酸盐转变为较易溶解的碳酸氢盐。该电子除防垢器已正常运行2年以上,单机日耗电量为0.5 kWh,集输管网的阀门、流量计等易结垢部位结垢量减小。图6表1参1。Severe sealing problems were encountered in oil-gathering system (CGS) of Qingxi oil field in Yumen. For the produced water taken at the outlet of three phase separators (3PSs) in the OGS, the CaCO3 solid separation is 140-160 mg/L at ambient temperatures and as high as 300 mg/L at 100℃ as predicted by using a scale prediction software. Three sets of electronic scale remover/ preventer (ESR/P) Scalefigher-PDPT were installed on pipelines before 3PSs and before and after purified oil tanks and in 10 and more days of working of these ESR/Ps, the concentration in the produced water, flown out of the 3PSs, of Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , and Ba^2+( + Sr^2+ ) was increased a little, of HCO3^- and SO^4-notably and of CC3^2- --decreased slightly; the former phenomena indicate enhanced dissolvability of the produced treated by ESR/Ps and the later phenomenon might be explained by conversion of some carbonates to bicarbonates. Three sets of ESR/P have worked normally over more than 2 years with power consumption of 0.5 kWh per day per set and the scaling troubles are much lessened at the e,asily scaling positions in OGS such as in valves and in flow meters. The principles of scale removal/inhibition by ESR/P are presented.
