摘 要:苏北草舍水驱油田CO2气驱先导试验效果不佳,转而采用CO2泡沫驱。本文报道起泡剂选择。所选起泡荆YFP-1是一种商品季铵盐类表面活性荆,在矿化度17.2g/L的模拟回注污水中配成1.5%溶液,用丝网搅动法考察起泡体积、泡沫半衰期、耐油性、耐温性,均可满足该油田泡沫驱要求,最佳pH值为6~7。在渗透率4.82×10^-3。和0.72×10^-3心的~5cm长不合油石英砂填砂管上,测定水驱、1:1CO2泡沫驱、水驱压差,求得CO2泡沫的阻力系数分别为2.78和2.40,残余阻力系数分别为1.64和2.16。图1表4参2。The CO2 gas flood pilot project performed at Caoshe oil field, North Jiangsu, was uneffective and a CO2 foam flood project is adopted instead. This paper presents the foamer selection for CO2 foam. The foamer chosen, YFP-1, is a commercial quartemary ammonium salt type surfactant. For its 1.5% aqueous solution in Caoshe's produced water of TSD = 17.2 g/L for reservoir flooding, the foaming capability, foam half-life time, oil tolerancy, and heat resistance, determined by the way of repeated lift up and down of screen, meet all requirements for foam flood at the oil field with suitable pH range in 6-7. On two oil free quartz sand packs -5 cm long and of permeability 4.82×10^-3 and 0.72×10^-3 pan2, an fr value of 2.78 and 2.40 and an f,, value of 1.64 and 2.16, respectively, are obtained for CO2 foam in-situ fomled in the course of injecting water, 1.5% YFP-1 solution and CO2 gas in ratio 1: 1, and water again.
