左旋溴化异冰片氧基镁与甲基酮的Meerwein-Ponndorf反应研究

摘　　要：采用左旋溴化异冰片氧基镁分别与2-戊酮、4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙酮、对甲氧基苯乙酮进行Meerwein-Ponndorf反应,酮被还原为醇.在异冰片氧基的手性诱导下,反应具有立体选择性,得到以R构型过量的产物.对映体过量百分率(ee%)值分别为15.8%,7.0%,4.0%,19.0%.The （-）-isobornyloxymagnesium bromide reduce the asymmetric methyl ketones such as 2-pentanone,4-methyl- 2- pentanone, acetophenone, 4＇-methoxyacetophenone and yield 2-pentanol, 4-methyl-2-pentanol, a- phenylmethyl alcohol, 4＇-methoxy- a- methylbenzyl alcohol. Under the induction of chiral resource the reaction is stereose!ective. The major configuration of the alcohnl is R configuration. The ee% of the alcohols are 15.8 %, 7 %, 4.04 %, 19.0% respctively.
