摘　　要：高等学校准确的人才培养定位具有重要意义,独立学院必须明确"精基础"、"重实践"、"强能力"、"专业化"的人才培养定位,并确立学术性与职业性之间的中介性的人才培养定位,从而进行有针对性的教育质量建设,实现高素质、应用型人才的培养目标。It is very significant for the college to have the exact student＇s develop positioning. Independent college must positioning its teaching system as basic knowledge, practice, ability and profession oriented and between academic and professional. Therefore the college can perform the educational quality construction accordingly. So as to reach the goal that all the students granted from the independent college are of high quality and great use.
