摘　　要：系统分析了新型针布的配套选用及影响梳理质量的关键因素,提出如何正确配置解决好"分梳与转移"关系的方法。同时,分析了新型通用型(多功能)金属针布的作用特点,说明采用通用型(多功能)金属针布,梳棉机必须进行严格精心的设备整修,综合分析讨论了试验效果,列举了试用中的对比针布和目前完善的新型针布(即专用型针布),以说明试用资料中通用型(多功能)针布的迁就问题,最后提出了新型通用型(多功能)金属针布应具备的条件。Analysis is done systematically to the choice of the new MCC, the key elements involved with carding quality,way of solving the problems of carding and transfering as welll as the performance of the multifunctional and universal MCC. Conclusion is made that the multifunctional and universal MCC need stringent equipment maintenance. Trial comparative analysis is summerized. The new MCC is comparatively analyzed with the control group so as to solve the problem of the accommodation of the MCC in the document. The paper concludes itself with the condition for the multifunctional MCC.
