摘  要:高陡构造地质和钻井情况复杂,井漏十分频繁,井眼复杂在所难免,严重制约了该地区的钻井速度。为了实现安全快速钻进,井漏问题是必须逾越的难关。对于堵漏的机理目前停留在定性半定量描述阶段,需要进一步深化高陡构造井漏机理的研究。应用流体力学原理与颗粒随机运移模型分析了裂缝性地层的封堵机理,结合裂缝的分布形态和钻井工程特点,研究钻井液和堵漏液在裂缝中的漏失压力传播规律及封堵强度特征,为裂缝性地层有效封堵提供理论依据。The geologic and drilling situations are complex in high dip formation. Specially, the circulation loss occurs high frequency, it restricts the drilling efficiency badly. The circulation loss trouble has to be overcomed to get safe and fast drilling. It is the key to know the circulation loss mechanism, but the level is on qualitative analysis and half fix quantify stage, it is necessary to study the mechanism more. In this paper, a sealing off lost circulation model was established based on non-Newton fluid flow method and grain randomness moving law in the crack. Based on the distribution of fracture and characteristics of drilling, the lost circulation pressure propagation law and sealing off strength character of drilling fluid and sealing fluid in fracture were studied. The researches offer theoretic foundation for prevention and sealing off circulation loss in complex high dip crack formation.
