摘  要:根据弹塑性力学有限元法,建立了带有橡胶筒的膨胀套管的有限元模型,该模型中建立了3对接触对单元,即芯头与膨胀套管内壁接触对;橡胶筒内壁与膨胀管外壁接触对;橡胶筒外壁与外层套管内壁接触对。详细分析了橡胶筒厚度在1.5-3.5mm内,膨胀套管内的几种残余应力的定量关系,分析了膨胀套管内不同位置处,套管内残余应力的不均匀性,而导致套管内金属晶格产生不均匀的流动性。根据残余应力的分布情况,在所研究的膨胀套管结构尺寸下,得出了橡胶筒厚度的最佳结构尺寸范围为1.7-2.0mm,在此范围内的橡胶筒厚度,可以改善套管内的残余应力分布和改善金属晶格的流动性,为带有橡胶筒的膨胀套管结构尺寸设计提供了理论数据。The finite element model of expandable casing with rubber sleeve was established according to elastic-plastic mechanics FEM. Three contact pairs in the model was set up, i.e. the contact pair between the piston and the inner wall of expandable casing, the contact pair between the outer wall of expandable casing and the inner wall of the rubber, as well as the contact pair between the outer wall of the rubber and the inner wall of the out casing. The quantitative relation of several residual stresses was analyzed in detail for the range of the rubber thickness 1.5-3.5 mm, and the non-uniform residual stress in expandable casing was discussed. According to the residual stress distribution and the expandable casing size, the optimal thickness( 1.7-2.0 mm) of the rubber was obtained, within the thickness of the rubber, the distribution of the residual stress and the flow of the metal crystal lattice in the expanded casing were improved, it provided the theoretical support for the structure design of the expandable casing with rubber.
