摘  要:大庆油田火山岩气井在压裂过程中产生的压裂返排废水,每升CODCr值高达数千毫克。针对大庆油田的深气层压裂井返排废水的具体水质情况,采用了混凝沉淀、一次氧化、活性炭吸附、二次氧化的处理方案,实验研究了高CODCr压裂返排废水的高级氧化处理方法。并筛选出最佳工艺条件,实验结果表明,该法可使原水CODCr值从4389mg/L降至93mg/L,出水指标达到排放标准。During fracturing, the value of CODCr reaches several thousands milligram per liter in the fracturing waste water in Deep Lava Gas well of Daqing oil field. According to the water quality of fracturing waste water in deep lava gas wells of Daqing oilfield, the processing schemes of coagulation sedimentation, primary oxidation, active carbon adsorption and secondary oxidation were adopted. The experiment studied the treating method of advanced oxidation in high CODCr fracturing waste water, and the optimal technological condition was selected. The results in experiment showed that this method could make the CODCr declines from 4389mg/L to 93mg/L, and the index of treated water reached national discharge standard.
