摘　　要：在全球新一轮的产业结构调整中,文化创意产业正日益显示出其重要性,极大地影响着世界范围的产业空间转移和重新布局,并由此形成新的国际分工体系。因此,抓住机遇,加快文化创意产业的发展,对于促进山西产业结构调整,增强自主创新能力,培育新的经济增长点,具有十分重要的现实意义。The importance of cultural innovation industries is being demonstrated in the new round of the readjustment of global industrial structure. At present, these industries are making great influence on the redistribution of industries in global scope, and, as a result, a new system of international division of labour is being shaped. Therefore, it is of great importance to the promotion of the readjustment of industrial structure in Shanxi, to the improvement of self- innovation capacity and to the cultivation of new economic growth areas to seize opportunities, speeding up the development of cultural innovation industries.
