摘　　要：水稻籽粒灌浆是水稻生长的重要生理过程,直接影响到水稻的结实和产量。强、弱势粒异步灌浆往往导致结实率降低和产量下降。其生理活性是影响灌浆的重要因素,主要包括蔗糖合成酶类和淀粉合成酶类等的活性。同时,ABAI、AA、ALA和Z+ZR等激素以及CO2、温度和水分等外界环境因子对籽粒灌浆有着较大的影响。综述了籽粒灌浆的研究进展,并提出了今后加强不同因子对籽粒灌浆影响的深入研究。The grain-filling of flee is the important physiological process in the paddy rice growth, and affects directly the rice seed setting rate and yield. The superior and inferior grains asynchronous filling often causes a decline in them. Their biological activity is the important factor which affects the grain-filling. They include activities of sucrose synthase and starch synthesis enzymes. Meanwhile, some hormones and environmental factors have profound effects on grain-filllng. In this article the aspects mentioned above about grain-filling of rice were reviewed and it was pointed out that some further studies on effects caused by various factors on grian-filling should be strengthened.
