摘　　要：从蝴蝶兰(phalaenopsis)的组织培养及诱变育种两个方面进行了探讨。就当前蝴蝶兰外植体的选择、培养基的选择、原球茎增殖、生根壮苗、炼苗移栽化学诱变几个方面作了详细的讨论。The research progress in the tissue culture and mutation breeding of Phalaenopsis, including the effect of explants, medium, multiplication of protocorm-like body, method of rooting and seedling strengthening, transplantation and ehemomorphosis and so on, was discussed, in order to provide informarion for this field.
