摘  要:探讨磁化水在草莓试管苗出瓶种植期间的应用及效应。将辽丹1号草莓试管苗种植在以珍珠岩为基质的保温泡沫培养槽中,设A、B区各10槽,每槽总株数均为46株,其基质分别用磁化水和日常用水浸透,种植20 d,用磁化水和日常用水喷洒小苗进行对比试验。出瓶种植时记下小苗的根数,到20 d计算总根数。用磁化水喷洒小苗较日常用水喷洒小苗,节水省人工,减少污染,浇水次数少,发育的根数多,死亡的苗数少,苗成活率高,长势好,出瓶种植的周期短。磁化水的渗透性、溶解性和表面张力等物理性质在草莓试管苗出瓶种植期间得到了应用,并具有省水省人工、减少污染、促进根发育和提高苗成活率的优良特点。The study aimed to discuss the application and effect of magnetic water in the transplanting stage of strawberry test-tube seedling. The straw- berry test-tube seedlings Liaodan 1 were planted in the culture groove made from heat insulation foame,with perlite as matrix soaked with magnetic and common water thoroughly resp, 10 grooves were set in A and B plots respond total plant number of each was 46. The comparison experiment was conducted by spraying magnetic and common water on the seedlings in their 20 cultivating days. The root number of the seedling was counted when they were trans- planted and the total root number was calculated on the 20th day of transplanting. Compared with spraying common water on the seedlings, spraying magnetic water on the seedlings could save water and labor,reduce pollution and spraying times and had short wansplanting cycle. The seedling treated by magnetic water could grow more roots with less death root,grow well and had high survival rate. The physical characters such as penetrability,solubility ,surface tension of magnetic water were applied in the transplanting stage of strawberry test-tube seedlings. Magnetic water had good characters of saving water and labor, reducing pollution, promoting root growing and enhancing seedling survival rate.
