摘　　要：结合重庆市的污染物排放现状和污染物排放总量目标完成情况,分析重庆市"十五"期间污染物排放总量控制存在的技术和管理问题,提出了重庆污染物排放总量控制的对策,为重庆市"十一五"环境保护工作提供参考。According to the status quo of pollutant discharge and accomplish of the aim of total amount coutrol of major pollutant,the problem of technology and environmental management in the Tenth-five-year-Plan period of Chongqing city were summarized Fin,ally,the author brought forward suggestion on total amount coutrol of major pollutant in Chongqing, which offerred the referrence to the environmental tasks in the Eleventh-five-year-Plan period of Chongqing.
