生态学在我国粮食主产区新农村建设中的运用

摘　　要：面对新阶段农村社会经济发展面临的挑战和机遇,十六届五中全会提出的新农村建设代表的是一种全新的农村生产和生活方式,既要实现人与自然的和谐,也要实现人与人的和谐。我国粮食主产区农业所面临的生产停滞、生态破坏严重和农业资源过于浪费等问题给农村建设带来严峻的挑战。只有大力发展生态农业才是我国粮食主产区建设社会主义新农村的唯一出路。用生态学的原理指导农业生产,因地制宜地采用不同的生态模式,用景观生态学方法、原理和技术进行农业景观规划,从而实现"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁"的社会主义新农村。The construction of new socialist countryside put forward at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteen Central Committee of the Communist Party of China represents a new countryside life and production style,which will not only realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,but also the harmony among people,when rural social and economical development are confronted with chance and challenge of new phase in the nation. The present sitnation such as excessively waste of agricultural resource,serious damage of the ecology and standstill of agricultural production seriously challenge the new countryside construction, so making great efforts to develop the ecological agriculture should be the only way out to building new socialist countryside.We should guide agricultural production with ecological principle,apply different agricultural ecological modes in accordance with local condition and plan the agricultural landscape with theory and technology of the landscape ecology so that the new socialist countryside including production development,well-off life,civilized rural wind,village capacity clean and democratic management,would be realized.
