摘　　要：探讨了制约贫困地区农村中小学体育教育发展的成因,并提出建议。The countryside elementary and middle schools is over 50% in our country and the poverty countryside elementary and middle schools are also with the certain proportion. It is the key to seek the reason that limits the development of elementary and middle schools physical education and to improve it in the poverty area. To analyse present situation was to provide the reference and the basis for its reform in the paper.
