摘　　要：介绍了国有企业改革的背景与意义,论述了国有企业产权主体多元化研究的主要内容,分析了国有企业产权改革的难点及主攻方向。This paper introduces the bachground and siginificance of the reform of state-owned enterprise, discusses the main contents of the study on diversification of property right subject of the state-owned enterprise, and analyzes the dificullit points and main directions of the property right reform in the state-owned enterprise.
