摘　　要：介绍了Web2.0环境下信息交流的模式,对Web2.0环境下的网络信息咨询做了比较,探讨了Web2.0在高校图书馆网络信息咨询中的应用。This paper introduces the information exchange mode under the network environment, makes the compares of the network information reference service under the Web2.0 environment, and probes into the application of Web2.0 in the network information reference service of university library.
