摘　　要：依据学科馆员的基本要求,分析了大学图书馆学科馆员的现状,提出了提高学科馆员基本素质的若干建议。According to the basic requirements for subject librarian, this paper analyzes the present situation of subject librarians of university library, and advances some measures for improving the basic qualities of subject librarians.
