摘　　要：猪的数量性状位点研究一直是改良猪的各项数量性状的重要研究手段,目前在猪的许多性状改良研究方面已经取得了较大的成果。文章主要论述了数量性状位点的研究原理和技术方法,以及在生长、繁殖、肉质、抗病力等性状方面取得的最新研究进展,为猪的品种改良和数量性状主效基因的检测及应用研究提供了重要的参考依据。The Research of Porcine Quantitative Trait Loci is always important research technique in quantitative trait improvement of porcine. Today we have acquired great research progress for the matter. In this paper,the principle and technique methods of QTL,and the recent achievements in growth ,propagation ,disease resistance etc. having been obtained so far are briefly reviewed. The research provide important reference frame for breed improvement and QTL gene detection and application in porcine.
