天麻苷元1-位木糖苷席夫碱衍生物的合成

摘　　要：目的:天麻苷元(gastrodigenin,对羟基苯甲醇)1-位木糖苷的氧化物,与芳香胺合成席夫碱化合物。方法:天麻苷元的1-位羟基用D-木糖苷化,苄位氧化成醛,再与不同的芳香胺缩合反应生成相应的席夫碱。结果与结论:实验合成了6个新化合物,经1HNMR、MS及元素分析证实其结构。Objecfive：A series of derivatives of gastrodlgenin have been designed and synthesized in order to find out active compounds of sedative and anticonvulsant. Methods ：The synthesized gastrodigenin was selected as the leading compound. The title compounds （ A1 - A6 ） were synthesized by the reaction of gastrodigenin＇s oxidate and aromatic amine. Results and Conclusion：Six compounds are new compounds.
