摘　　要：国内外文献资料表明,血脂代谢异常是动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的重要危险因素,因此防治血脂异常对预防冠心病的发生具有重要意义。但在临床实践中,血脂异常病人的真正达标率却还很低。本文就目前高脂血症的规范化治疗进行综述。External and internal literatures indicate that dyslipemia is a important and dangerous factor for atherosclerosis and coronary heart diseases, so the prevention and treatment of hyperlipemia have very important significance. But the number of dyslipemia patients reaching lipid goals is low in the clinic. This paper summarized the recent normalized treatment of hyperlipemia.
