摘 要:使用多分辨分析对结肠压力数据进行分解,着重比较测压仪水囊充水前后的变化,绘制出各受试者结肠压力的功率谱密度图.研究表明,以上方法能够提取结肠动力特征,水囊充水前后结肠动力有明显的可比性,能够初步区分动力正常与异常者.所得结果与已有分析方法分析所得的结果能够互相印证,为结肠运动功能的辅助诊断提供了可能.Colonic motility disorder is of high morbidity. The manometry of colonic pressure signals is widely used as a supplementary method of diagnosing colonic diseases. Compared to normal people, a person who suffers from colonic disease will have an abnormal colonic response to the activity of taking food. Multi-resolution analysis was applied on human colonic pressure signals, and the power spectral density was computed for different subjects before and after water filling. It has been shown that the characteristics of human colonic pressure signals can be extracted to distinguish the normal and abnormal subjects approximately. Results show an obvious difference between the colonic motilities before and after water filling. The analyzed results can corroborate those of other methods.
