摘　　要：供2000型压裂车选择的柱塞泵有三缸泵和五缸泵2种。为了验证压裂车和柱塞泵的性能,进行了台架试验、出厂试验和现场工业试验。经试验研究表明,五缸泵压裂车的参数覆盖范围较三缸泵压裂车有明显优势,五缸泵的泵效优于三缸泵。There are two kinds of plunger pump available for model 2000 fracturing truck, i.e. , triplex pump and quintuple Pump. In order to verify the performance of fracturing truck and plunger pump, bench test, final assembly test and field industrial test should be performed. The experimental study shows that the parameters on the fracturing truck with quintuple pump are obviously superior to the ones on the fracturing truck with triplex pump. The quintuple pump has higher pumping efficiency than triplex pump.
