摘　　要：目的建立独一味软胶囊中木犀草素的HPLC测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷的含量,色谱柱Hypersil ODS2柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%的磷酸溶液(55:45),流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长350 nm。结果该方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.80%(n=6)。结论本法快速、简便、灵敏和分离度好,适用于独一味软胶囊的含量的测定。Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Luteolin in Xinshen -ning soft capsule. Method HPLC was adopted. The system consisted of Hypersil ODS2 column and methanol - 0.2 % phosphonic acid （ 55：45 ） as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was 350 nm. Result A good linear correlation was found. The average recovery rate was 98.5 % , RSD =1.80 % （ n =6）. Conclusion This method was convenient, quick and had good reproducibility.
